Hello,

Marlon here to wish you a happy holiday season and a very prosperous New Year.

To give you a special little thank you for your support during 2006, Lisa put together a nifty little "Web Site Checklist." It's something you'll wanna download and print out to use in 2007.

With more than 20+ sites of my own I know how easy it can be to keep them up to date and error free. That's why I've come up with my "End Of The Year Web Site Checklist" which is a MUST READ for all web site owners.

DOWNLOAD YOUR CHECKLIST:

If you didn't grab your Design Dashboard PDF, it's there too.

Now, if you have NOT yet downloaded the PDF, then maybe listen to what OTHERS have to say about it. You can read the RAVE REVEWS it has received here:

My MAIN reason for sending you this email was to give you the nifty little web site checklist. But since I'm here, if you have NOT got the Design Dashboard for some bizarre reason, here's the best reasons I can give you to do it today:

Does your web site:

  • Look like it was designed in the 90's?
  • Contain more than ONE animated image?
  • Have a bright colored background?
  • Use multiple font colors? (example)
  • Have "welcome to..." written on any page?
  • Use tiny fonts that were popular in 2004?
  • Have opt-in forms that haven't been tested in the last 30 days?
  • Have a copyright notice?
  • Have an OUTDATED copyright notice?
  • Have outdated contact information?
  • Display your email address using basic text?
  • Have a flash intro page? (without the SKIP INTRO link)
  • Have pop up windows created using Javascript?

If you answered yes to even ONE of those questions, it's time to consider giving your web site, affiliate pre-sell pages, landing pages or sales pages a facelift or makeover. And of course, if your web site WAS designed in the 90's then it's definitely time for a complete re-design.

Here are several solutions to getting your web site up to date:

Potential Solution #1: Hire a graphic designer

If you can find a graphic designer with skills, does high quality work that meets your expectations AND is affordable then give them a call and see if they can squeeze you in some time in the year 2008. (No, that's not a typo. They're probably booked well into the next New Year!)

If you're just starting your online business and don't have a web site of your own yet, don't shy away from looking FOR a designer IF you can afford to spend several hundred to several thousand dollars for a site.

Of course you also have to consider the fact that unless you know the designer personally or they're highly recommended and can show you quality samples of THEIR WORK, it's easy to end up with a site that doesn't even resemble what you asked for.

Plus, it can be downright expensive to hire a freelance designer. If you're just starting out or haven't yet found your "niche", you may not have a single dime OR single minute of time to waste on uncertain results.

That brings us to solution #2...

Potential Solution #2: Use a Template

You can consider buying a pre-made web template.

Although I don't buy templates when I need to put up a site, I have taken a look at several of the template sites out there and I've seen some great designs... but only if you're NOT planning on needing any room for text, sales copy or content.

Whether you're using web pages, sales pages, landing pages, mini-sites, or affiliate pre-sell pages, you're going to be left holding the content. Literally.

These templates are graphic heavy and leave little room for any text at all. So where does your sales letter go? The answer is, I don't know.

What I do know is... there IS a better solution.

Potential Solution #3: Use the only point 'n click system that turns creating web pages, affiliate pre-sell pages, landing pages, mini-sites and sales pages into a virtual no-brainer!

This is where the brand NEW Design Dashboard comes in...

I've pulled out all the stops and took care of everything for you, step by step, with easy to understand and simple to use instructions.

You'll be shocked and amazed at the absolutely huge amount of time and money saving information we've included in the product for you.

(The Design Dashboard is SO jam packed with step by step instructions, videos and screen captures that show you what to do AND HOW TO DO IT...that it WOULD take an oversized reindeer to haul it over to your house!)

Fortunately, you get INSTANT ACCESS to the Design Dashboard. So you don't have to wait more than a few seconds to get your hands on all the goodies.

And of course in keeping with tradition, we've set all of this up in a VERY easy to use "dashboard" system. Just point to the icon, click on it and follow the steps.

If you can point 'n click, you can use this product!

Creating, your very own web page, affiliate pre-sell page, landing page or sales page has never been so simple or easy.

What's more, I'm offering you several JUICY BONUSES that are easily worth the price of the product alone.

But really, the MAIN reason to go there is to grab your checklist PLUS the PDF. I just couldn't resist the opportunity to put in a little plug too.

Happy Holidays!
