Contest Terms & Conditions

Important: Please read these terms and conditions. By entering the contest, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

1. This contest is being held by Higher Response Marketing, Inc. 10 iPod Shuffles will be given away to 10 random people who have opted into the form above with both his/her name and email address.

2. The contest begins on November 30th, 2006 at 12 noon Central Standard Time and ends when all 10 iPods have been given away. We will randomly select the 10 winners on December 31st, 2006.

3. To enter the contest, you must provide your name and email address in the form you're sent to after the video. You can also sign up below. Everyone who watches the video is eligible and no purchase is required to win. You may also enter by mail. If you wish to do so, send your name and email address to the address:

4. Entries are limited to one per person.

5. Higher Response Marketing, Inc. accepts no responsibility for any entries that are not received, for whatever reason.

6. The 10 winners will be contacted via the email address that they provide on the form above. If we have not received a response email or letter within 1 week of our initial contact, the prize may be withheld. Once a response has been received, Higher Response Marketing, Inc. will ship one (1) iPod Shuffle to the specified address of your choice. We will also cover the cost of shipping. There will be no alternative prizes.

7. By entering the contest, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

8. Your probability of winning depends on the number of entries into the contest. Total probablility will equal (the number of entries) divided by 10.

9. Higher Response Marketing, Inc. reserves the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion to refuse the prize to anyone who, by our best judgement, does not comply with these terms and conditions.
